Travel!
There is nothing more exciting to me than travel. I love experiencing new places, meeting new people, tasting new foods, seeing new landscapes. It always amazes me how unique each state is here in the US. The second you cross a state line, the landscape changes. The skyline. The air. You just KNOW you are somewhere different. I love that.
At the ripe old age of 32 I am very lucky to have been to 42 states (so far). I have also been to Canada and Mexico. I am looking forward to the day I cross the seas and explore Europe or tropical locations in the Caribbean or South Pacific. I truly want to see and do it all!
The only obstacle I seem to run in is finding someone with as flexible a schedule as mine. I'll be honest, the thought of traveling solo just doesn't interest me. I like to experience new places with people. I like sharing that experience together. One thing I am hoping this new Gay & Lesbian Travel Network site does is connect people with "travel buddies".
I started my travel company, Out & About Travel, in 1999, at the age of 23. Although I specialize in gay & lesbian travel, I work with both gay & straight people from around the world. You can find out more about my company at http://www.gaytravelpros.com.
Beside travel I love music, playing the guitar, writing songs, photography, reading, designing web sites, road trips, the beach, concerts, dining out, cooking, my pets, laughing and spending time with my partner, Melanie, family and friends. I love all types of music, especially country, acoustic, alt-country, alternative, rock, pop and dance. Some of my favorite musicians include: Indigo Girls, Girlyman, Ditty Bops, Jimmy Buffett, Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, Alison Krauss, 3 Doors Down, Kanye West, Lady GaGa, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac etc.,
I would love to make new friends with anyone that is laid back and loves travel! :-)
